Refund Policy

This refund policy governs the refund process for the subscriptions to legal document services provided by Spotsecure (“company”). By subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1. Monthly Subscription
   • Cancellation: if you have purchased a monthly subscription, you may cancel your subscription within 30 days by contacting Spotsecure through any media platform. Upon Cancellation, your auto-pay feature will be shut off, and you will not be charged for subsequent months.

• Refund: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. However, upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Yearly Subscription
   • Cancellation: If you have purchased a yearly subscription, you may cancel at any time by contacting Spotsecure through any media portal. Upon cancellation, your auto-pay feature will be shut off, and you will not be charged for subsequent years.

• Refund: If you cancel your yearly subscription fees are non-refundable. However, upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle, which is one year from the date of the initial subscription. You will not be charged for the subsequent year.
