Subscription Agreement

1. Services Provided:

1.1. Subscriber shall provide Company with access to the camera monitoring system

1.2. The service comprises a monitoring system designed to alert the subscribers in case of unauthorized cash handling outside of their designated watch period. The service operates for 8 hours, during which we have access to the camera system.

1.3. The option exists for the purchase of additional monitoring time beyond the initial 8-hour period, which will be available in bundled increments of 8 hours. This enables access to extended monitoring periods, including options for night shift coverage, morning coverage, or continuous 24-hour surveillance.

1.3 Regularly monitor and analyze data collected by the monitoring systems to identify patterns or anomalies that may indicate employee misconduct. Look for discrepancies in attendance records, or surveillance footage.

1.4 We operate as a monitoring-focused company and do not provide security services. Subscribers will receive notifications about any irregularities that occur when they are not actively monitoring. Our notifications strictly reflect what is visually observed and are promptly relayed to the owners.

2. Subscription Plans:

2.1. Subscriber shall select a subscription plan from the options provided by the Company, which may include different tiers with varying features and pricing.

2.2. Subscriber agrees to pay the subscription fees associated with the chosen plan as outlined in Section 3 of this Agreement.

3. Subscription Fees and Payment:

3.1. Subscriber shall pay the subscription fees according to the pricing and billing terms specified in the chosen subscription plan.

3.2. Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

3.3. The Company reserves the right to modify subscription fees and billing cycles with prior notice to the Subscriber.

4. Term and Termination:

4.1. The initial term of this Agreement shall commence upon subscription activation and continue for the duration specified in the chosen subscription plan.

4.2. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. In case of termination by the Subscriber, no refunds shall be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation

4.3. Prices may be altered with a 30-day notice provided in writing or electronically through any media platform.

5. Use of Service:

5.1. Subscriber shall not misuse or abuse the Service, including but not limited to unauthorized access, tampering with system settings, or interfering with other users’ access to the Service.

6. Data Privacy and Security:

6.1. The Company shall implement reasonable measures to safeguard Subscriber’s data and ensure the security of the Service.

6.2. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the Company may collect and process certain personal data.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1. In no event shall either party be liable to the other party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

8.2. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

9 Entire Agreement:

9.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

10. Misconduct

10.1. We pledge to refrain from engaging in any improper behavior. If we fail to notice something while away from the desk or during restroom breaks, we will act in good faith by disclosing the information. We shall not be held accountable for any such oversights.

By subscribing to the Service, Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

    • Opting for automatic payment will result in a reduced price
13. Legal Notice of Surveillance to Clientele
    • The Client bears the responsibility of ensuring that their clientele are informed about the monitoring services in place, either through notices, signs, stickers, or any other means. These notifications must be prominently displayed and visible to all visitors of the client’s premises. Failure to fulfill this obligation may result in the client assuming liability for any legal non-compliance or unlawful activities that may arise. We shall be held harmless for any deficiencies in this regard.
14. Storage of Incident Records
    • If we store any images or data, it is contingent upon your subscription, which includes a six-month storage period as part of the services provided. We will retain records of incidents that we classify accordingly. These files will be securely stored on our server, accessible to you. Should you require storage for a longer duration, additional space can be purchased.
