1. Services:

The service comprises a monitoring system designed to alert the subscribers in case of unauthorized cash handling outside of their designated watch period. The service operates for 8 hours, during which we have access to the camera system. We operate as a monitoring-focused company and do not provide security services. Subscribers will receive notifications about any irregularities that occur when they are not actively monitoring. Our notifications strictly reflect what is visually observed and are promptly relayed to the owners.

2. User Accounts:

To access our services, you may be required to provide certain personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Privacy:

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Fees and Payments:

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided to you. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You acknowledge that accessing unauthorized websites or using back channels through your browser may pose security risks, including but not limited to exposure to malware, hacking, or unauthorized access to your information.

7. User Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for the websites you choose to access and the content you download or interact with through your browser. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of unauthorized websites or interactions with back channels.

8. Security Measures:

 While we endeavor to prevent unauthorized access to our services and platforms, we cannot guarantee that all back channels or unauthorized websites will be blocked or closed on your end. It is your responsibility to use appropriate security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus software and secure browsing practices, to protect your devices and data.

9. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of unauthorized websites or interactions with back channels through your browser.

10. Data Breach Notification:

In the event of a data breach affecting your information stored or transmitted through our services, we will promptly notify you in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, we cannot guarantee that all breaches will be detected or prevented.

14. Liability Disclaimer and Indemnification Clause

SpotSecure shall not be held liable for any loss of property, theft, or crime arising from network issues, human error, hardware malfunctions, or any other reason. The company cannot be held responsible for any legal proceedings or prosecution resulting from non-fulfillment of service, service deficiencies, or breaches in protocol.

15. Legal Notice of Surveillance to Clientele

The Client bears the responsibility of ensuring that their clientele are informed about the monitoring services in place, either through notices, signs, stickers, or any other means. These notifications must be prominently displayed and visible to all visitors of the client’s premises. Failure to fulfill this obligation may result in the client assuming liability for any legal non-compliance or unlawful activities that may arise. We shall be held harmless for any deficiencies in this regard.
